Halloweeeeeeen

So I am officially the worst blogger of ALL TIME! But I don't feel that bad about it...hahaha my life isn't really that exciting. I figured I'd post some pictures from Halloween because they are pretty awesome.

I was a crayon with Heidi, and Mike was Mars Blackmon from the old Jordan commercials. If you can't tell, he's wearing an acid-washed fanny pack. You should all be really jealous.

P.S. I got a job offer from KPMG in Orange County for a Summer Internship. It's the same office that Tim works at, except I'll be doing taxes and he'll still be doing audits, so we most likely won't work together. BUT...I'm still really excited about it! That's all the news I have for now. I'm excited to go home from Thanksgiving Break, it's going to be soooooooooo great.

At Least They Have Hart

The one and only Waynkle came up to Utah to visit last weekend and he was able to play in the Sandy softball league with the rest of the Harts. Let me tell you, it's quite the experience to watch one of these games. Oddly enough, they have yet to win a game in the past two seasons, but it's still very entertaining to watch. And with Wayne in town, it was that much better.

Here's Wayne up to bat. Look at that stance. You'd think he belongs in the major leagues.
Play of the game: Wayne got a base hit and the other team overthrew the ball to first base. One of the rules of the softball league is if the fielding team overthrows the ball and it goes out of play (that's the key phrase), the runner can take an extra base. Well, Turk was the base coach and told Wayne to take an extra base. Wayne starts strolling over to 2nd base, just taking his sweet time, when the other team realized that they could throw him out because the ball never actually went out of play. Luckily, Waynkle made it to 2nd base just in time. We called him the sneak the rest of the night because he snuck his way over to 2nd. It was hilarious.

Another One Bites the Dust

My roommate Natalie got married this weekend in the Salt Lake Temple to Marcus Shields. Her wedding was so fun and she looked beautiful.

The best part of all the events was that all of us girls were reunited.

I'm lucky to have such great friends.

Natalie's older sister married Marcus' older brother, so their families were very experienced at planning a wedding together. Pretty funny.

These are all the girls that lived together last year minus Lisa. We were soo sad that she couldn't make it.

Three down.

Six to go.

Who's next??? haha

No More Wisdom

A week ago today I got my wisdom teeth pulled. Uncle Jimmy was kind enough to do the service for me. Lucky for me I only had 3 wisdom teeth and 2 of them had already broken the surface of my gums. The whole process only took about an hour and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Jim numbed me up real good and he also gave me laughing gas to help me relax. This was the first time I'd ever had laughing gas and it was definitely an interesting experience. I now understand why it's called laughing gas...I couldn't stop giggling. And for some reason I couldn't feel my feet the whole time I was on it--that made me giggle even more.

Well, the surgery was a success and I no longer have my wisdom teeth. I healed pretty quickly, probably because I've become immune to getting teeth pulled since I only lost approximately 4 of my baby teeth on my own and the rest were pulled by the dentist. (Us Wayne Hart children are pretty handicapped when it comes to losing teeth.) hahahaha

I hardly even swelled...I was hoping the swelling would be a little more dramatic so I could post some sweet pictures on the blog, but this was the best I could come up with. You can kinda tell the right side of my face is swollen (that's where the partially impacted tooth was).

This is my mug shot.
For the first couple of days after the surgery I could only eat soft foods. I got pretty sick of eating soup, and by Monday I was famished. But don't you fret, I am now back to my regular eating habits of cereal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Look Who's Back!!

My long awaited return is finally here after a 3 month absence. I know that you all have missed hearing from me so now I will update you all on my life starting back in October.

We had the sweetest Halloween costumes ever in the world.
Then November came and I studied all day everyday.

Luckily December brought a lot of memorable events starting with a sweater party.

Next, I cut a record with my group called The Noels. It's the best Christmas cd you'll ever hear. This is the cover of our album. (I'm the one in the middle)

After I finished recording my Christmas album (you can purchase your own copy for $5.99), I took finals and officially finished my first semester of the accounting program.

Now I am currently enjoying my Christmas vacation, and up to this point it has been exceptional. I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas with Waynkle, Elainkle, Tim, Tanya, and Marisa. We had a great time. Marisa has recenlty learned how to lounge from her Grandpa Wayne.

Then I took a quick trip to Texas for my good friend Desiree's wedding. We are so glamorous.

Once I got home from Texas, Elaine and Haylie left for Chicago to go visit Carin and Trent and the girls. So I decided it would be an excellent idea to stay with Kari and Matt in the O.C. for the week. Well, nobody told me that Kari started her very own boot camp--she woke me up at 6:30 every morning to run 4 miles, and on Thursday we ran almost 6 miles. Basically, the next time you all see me and Kari we will be ripped out of our minds.

That's pretty much my life up-to-date. I guess we will have to wait and see what January has in store. 2008 should be great!

Happy Birthday to Tim, Cade, and Brynn!!!
